The always cheerful owner Sanne can be found under the sales flap and is definitely the sun in the Tostibus. She did eat cheese from good food. She also studies Nutrition & Communication at the Aeres in Wageningen.

With a completed Facility Management training, she knows what knowledge needs to be on the bus. For example, Sanne and her team know all the rules about hygiene, they can switch quickly and accurately with allergies and they like to contribute by working on sustainability.
